We all have seen many ads on Youngistaan by leading soft drink company. That company now have problem with Jackky Bhagnani & Neha Sharma – starrer upcoming movie titled Youngistaan produced by Vashu Bhagnani. They have sent a legal notice to the film producers asking to change the title Youngistaan with immediate effect as the have the copyright of the title.
Company believes that they have spent a lot of money and time to make Youngistaan a brand and producers of the movie are trying to encash their efforts.
While the producers of the movie said that before the film rolled, the title had been acquired legally from the concerned film association. So, there is no matter for sending a legal notice to us sent by soft drink maker.
However, soft drink company has given two weeks to reply for the matter.
