King Khan has left Mannat for a few days. King Khan's family has been living in Mannat for the last 25 years. The family has now shifted to a rented apartment. Shah Rukh has rented the apartment from filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani. Shah Rukh's Red Chillies Entertainment has signed a leave and license agreement with Bhagnani's actor son Jackie Bhagnani and his daughter Deepshikha Deshmukh. Jackie Bhagnani and Rakul Preet Singh also live in the same building. In this sense, the Bhagnani family has now become the new neighbor of the Khan family.

Hundreds of fans reach this historic Mannat in front of Bandra Bandstand in Mumbai to take photos every day. Shah Rukh Khan had signed many films at once to buy this bungalow. The actor himself said this in an interview. Renovation work is about to start in Mannat which was stopped for a long time. For this, the actor has also taken permission from the court. It is also being said in the news that King Khan will be given a rent of Rs 24 lakh every month for four floors. However, Dainik Jagran does not confirm this.
