Who will be Shah Rukh Khan's new neighbor? King Khan's new home is near these stars' houses.
Mar 17,2025
Shah Rukh Khan, the king of the film industry, is soon going to shift to his new address. The actor will leave Mannat and move to a new apartment, about which there were reports for a long time. During this time, renovation work will be done in Mannat. Shahrukh Khan is moving with his family to a four-storey luxury apartment located in the Pali Hills area of ????Bandra.
Who are Shah Rukh Khan's new neighbors?
King Khan has left Mannat for a few days. King Khan's family has been living in Mannat for the last 25 years. The family has now shifted to a rented apartment. Shah Rukh has rented the apartment from filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani. Shah Rukh's Red Chillies Entertainment has signed a leave and license agreement with Bhagnani's actor son Jackie Bhagnani and his daughter Deepshikha Deshmukh. Jackie Bhagnani and Rakul Preet Singh also live in the same building. In this sense, the Bhagnani family has now become the new neighbor of the Khan family.
For this reason, the family shifted to another house!
Hundreds of fans reach this historic Mannat in front of Bandra Bandstand in Mumbai to take photos every day. Shah Rukh Khan had signed many films at once to buy this bungalow. The actor himself said this in an interview. Renovation work is about to start in Mannat which was stopped for a long time. For this, the actor has also taken permission from the court. It is also being said in the news that King Khan will be given a rent of Rs 24 lakh every month for four floors. However, Dainik Jagran does not confirm this.
Update on Shah Rukh's new film
Meanwhile, an update has also come out on the actor's new film. A report in Mid Day claims that the actor can work with 'Pushpa' fame director Sukumar. It is also being claimed in the report that the actor can play the role of a villain in this film. Shah Rukh has mostly played the role of a hero on screen. In such a situation, it can be quite exciting to see him in a new character.
