Shah Rukh has rented the apartment from filmmaker Vashu Bhagnani. Shah Rukh's Red Chillies Entertainment has signed a leave and license agreement with Bhagnani's actor son Jackie Bhagnani and his daughter Deepshikha Deshmukh. Jackie Bhagnani and Rakul Preet Singh also live in the same building. In this sense, the Bhagnani family has now become the new neighbor of the Khan family.
