Aamir Khan's upcoming film Lal Singh Chaddha is in the news. He is busy with the promotion of the film. Aamir has told that he is under a lot of stress and is nervous that the film may not flop. Meanwhile, in an interview, he shared some things related to his childhood struggle. Aamir told that there was a time when his family was in debt. At that time it was always late to pay fees to him and his siblings. His principal also used to announce his name in the school assembly and gave a warning of a day or two.

The family was in debt for 8 years

Aamir Khan is the son of film producer Tahir Hussain. Aamir is the eldest of siblings. Apart from him, there are brothers Faizal Khan, and sisters Farhat and Nikhat. In an interview given to Humans of Bombay, Aamir Khan reminisced his childhood memories. He recalled the time when his family was in debt for 8 years. At that time, the fees of Amir's school used to be 6 rupees in 6th class, 7 in 7th, and 8 in 8th in the same way.

Worked as a child actor

Aamir and his siblings were always late in depositing the fees. After one or two hearings, the principal used to announce his name in front of all the school children in the assembly. Aamir Khan was seen as a child actor in the 1973 film Yaadon Ki Baaraat. After this, he made his debut as a lead hero in Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak opposite Juhi Chawla in 1988.

Returning from LSC for 4 years

Aamir is choosy in doing films. He is returning to the big screen after 4 years with the film Laal Singh Chaddha. The film is the Hindi adaptation of Forrest Gump. The movie is releasing on 11th August. Along with Aamir Khan, the film also stars Kareena Kapoor and Naga Chaitanya.
