The 29th film of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) 'Thor: Love and Thunder' made a big bang at the box office on the first day of its release in theaters on Thursday. The Hindi version of the film has been a huge success, especially in North India. The opening of the film has not been as much as MCU's previous 'Doctor Strange in the Madness of Multiverse', but the collection of this film, which was released on Thursday, is expected to increase further till Sunday. The film's first-day earnings have been at number five among all Hollywood films released in the country so far. There is a lot of curiosity among the audience regarding the Friday shows of the film.

The first three highest-grossing Hollywood films released in India are from MCU. The film 'Thor: Love and Thunder' has been made at a cost of about $ 185 million i.e. about Rs 1463 crore. It is also considered to be the most expensive film among Thor's solo hero films. This time director Taika Waititi took Thor's character to a different level in the previous film 'Thor Ragnarok', similarly this time too he has done some selective experiments with the character of Thor in the film 'Thor: Love and Thunder'.
