In the Junior Week of KBC 16, Pranusha sat on the hot seat in front of Amitabh, who told Amitabh Bachchan that she likes fashion and makeup very much. From that, Big B opened a folder, which was of Pranusha's wish list, which included Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, K-pop, and memory. Amitabh Bachchan answered Aishwarya Rai's question about her beauty in this way.

After hearing this, Amitabh Bachchan reacted and said, "Look, let me tell you one thing, the beauty of the face will fade away in a few years, but the beauty of your heart is the most important. The beauty of the heart will remain with you for life, so make your heart beautiful. We think that your heart is very beautiful".
