Bollywood actress Sunny Leone has approached the court to get an FIR lodged against her quashed. The actress has moved to the Kerala High Court. According to reports, the Crime Branch wing of the State Police had registered an FIR against Sunny four years ago. Sunny Leone is accused of violating the contract for a stage performance in Kozhikode. In this connection, Sunny has demanded the cancellation of the FIR lodged against him.

According to reports, the crime branch is probing the case, which was registered in Ernakulam district on the complaint of a person named Shias Kunhumohammed. The show's coordinator Shias said in his complaint that Sunny had signed a contract to perform on stage. For this, he took Rs 39 lakh. But Sunny Leone and others did not attend the program and neither returned the amount.
