After seeing the box office fate of her first film 'Jannat', Sonal Chauhan made a direct turn to South Indian cinema. Sonal, who did two Telugu and Kannada films after 'Jannat', got her next Hindi film 'Buddha Hoga Tera Baap'. Amitabh Bachchan was in the lead role in the film but things did not work out.
