The incident happened on January 16
The last few days have been very difficult for Saif Ali Khan and his family. Actor Saif Ali Khan, who was injured in the attack on his house on January 16, reached the hospital with the help of an auto driver. According to the information received from the hospital, he had many injuries on his body. He was admitted to Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, where he also underwent surgery.

His wife-actress Kareena Kapoor Khan reached the hospital to bring Saif home. During this time many Bollywood stars also reached to know about his condition. Let us tell you that a Bangladeshi citizen Mohammad Shariful Islam Shahzad Rohilla Fakir has been arrested in the case of an attack on Saif Ali Khan.

Police investigation and arrest
Talking about the accused who attacked the actor, Mumbai Police has caught him. The accused has been sent to police remand till January 24. On Tuesday morning, the police also went to Saif's residence to recreate the crime scene. The accused has been identified as Shariful Islam Shahzad Mohammed Rohilla Amin Fakir, a 30-year-old Bangladeshi national.

According to the police statement, Shahzad entered the building to steal and confronted Saif's maid. When Saif intervened, he attacked the actor and fled from the spot.
