Singham Again: Arjun is excited about the role of villain, said- I want to get the love of the audience from the negative role.

Rohit Shetty's upcoming film 'Singham Again' remains in the news. Apart from the franchise of the superhit film 'Singham', dangerous action sequences are also one of the specialties of this film, but in recent times, the thing that has grabbed the most headlines about this film is the star cast of this film. Many top stars of the film industry are in the lead roles in 'Singham Again', while recently the name of actor Arjun Kapoor was revealed for the role of the main villain of the film, which Arjun called a golden opportunity for himself.

In a recent interview, Arjun said, 'I am thrilled to play the role of a villain in Singham again, through this film I have got a big opportunity to do a new experiment on screen and challenge myself as an actor. However, Arjun has played negative characters in some films before.

Arjun said, 'I started my career in the industry playing negative roles in films like Ishaqzaade and Aurangzeb. After so many years, once again I am going to do this. However, Aditya Chopra had seen the potential in me to play such characters long ago. Now once again I express my gratitude to Rohit Shetty for allowing me to play such a character. Rohit Shetty instilled confidence in me that I could play the role of a villain in his film Cop Universe.

Regarding the shooting of the film, Arjun said, 'I always wanted to experiment with myself on screen, so that the audience can see something different. In such a situation, playing the role of an arch-enemy of the police in Singham Again is a very exciting opportunity for me. When I am on the set, it feels as if my career has come full circle. I started my career with a negative role, which got a lot of love from the audience, now I want to get the same love from Singham Agne too.

It is noteworthy that 'Singham Again' is the third part of Ajay Devgan's superhit film Singham, released in 2011. At the same time, this film is the fifth part of Rohit Shetty's cop universe. After Singham proved to be a box office hit. In the year 2014, Rohit Shetty made 'Singham Returns' and now after 10 years, the third part of this franchise is being made. Apart from Ajay Devgan and Arjun Kapoor, the film also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, and Tiger Shroff in lead roles. The film will be released in theaters on 15 August 2024.
