With the dream of becoming an actor in his eyes, Shekhar Suman started his film journey in Bollywood with the film 'Utsav'. The film was directed by Shashi Kapoor and Girish Karnad. In the very first film, Shekhar Suman got a chance to work with Rekha. In this film, Shekhar Suman gave many bold scenes with Rekha, which created a sensation in the film world. Shekhar Suman had to practice for hours before doing such scenes with Rekha. Shekhar Suman won everyone's hearts with his very first film and never looked back.
