Recently Shakti Kapoor reached The Kapil Sharma Show. Here he told that when Kader Khan and Aruna Irani slapped him hard. After this, he decided to leave Bollywood. He told that when he was doing the film Satte Pe Satta, Raj Sippy asked him for a comedy role. Shakti Kapoor told me, during that time I used to think that when my villain roles are being liked so much then why do these people want to make me a comedian?

After this, Shakti Kapoor made a very shocking disclosure. He told that when he was shooting his scene during the shooting of the film Mawali, first Kader Khan slapped him hard. This time Aruna Irani also slapped hard. He told that something similar happened for the third time as well. Shakti Kapoor said that after all this he got very upset and started thinking of leaving the industry.

After this Shakti Kapoor went to Kader Khan and holding his feet said give me a return ticket, I don't want to be a part of this film and my career is over. After this, director Veeru Devgan advised him to get slapped but don't leave. Shakti Kapoor further added that when Mawali was released, the film was a huge hit and her character was well-received.
