When asked about Khushi Kapoor's career, Boney Kapoor told ETimes that Khushi started thinking about an acting career when her elder sister Janhvi Kapoor started working on her debut film Dhadak with Ishaan Khatter. . Boney said, “Khushi expressed her desire to become an actress after Janhvi started shooting for Dhadak in 2018. So we sent her to New York Film School in 2019. If Sridevi was alive, she would have supported her like she did Janhvi. supported."

Let us tell you that Janhvi Kapoor started her acting career in the year 2018 with the film 'Dhadak'. Shahid Kapoor's brother Ishaan Khattar was seen opposite him in this film. 'Dhadak' is the Hindi remake of the Marathi film 'Sairat'.

The story of the film will be based on the 1960s Archies comic book. Which is a musical journey. Archies include teenage characters named Archie Andrews, Zaghed Jones, Betty Cooper, Veronica Lodge, Reggie Mantle, and Sabrina Spellman. Many films have been made on the comic book Archies so far, but this will be the first time that its Indian version will be made.

Filmmakers Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti are co-producing 'The Archies'. While Zoya Akhtar is also directing the film. The film is also being produced by both the production house Tiger Baby Films Graphic India. The film will be released on the OTT platform Netflix in the year 2023.
