R Madhavan's son Vedant Madhavan is a swimming champion. Not only his parents but the whole country is proud of Vedant. In an interview given to Doordarshan, Vedant said, I did not want to live in the shadow of my father. I wanted to name myself. I didn't want people to recognize me only as R Madhavan's son.
