Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh has been in the limelight ever since he got a nude photoshoot done. At first, where he was trolled fiercely on social media, and memes were made, later complaints were filed against him in many different cities. Now in this sequence, a petition has been filed against him in the Calcutta High Court.
Petition against Ranveer in Calcutta High Court
Filing a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against actor Ranveer Singh, who has been in constant discussion since getting a nude photoshoot done, the petitioner has requested the court to send Ranveer Singh's photoshoot to the West Bengal government and all other authorities related to the matter. Order to seize all printed copies of Wali magazine.
The advocate said- Ranveer's pictures are obscene
Advocate Nazia Elahi Khan, while filing the case against Ranveer Singh, has termed these pictures as obscene based on the opinion of a large section of the public. Apart from this, the petition has also claimed that the photo shoot of Bajirao Mastani star Ranveer Singh in West Bengal pushes the mind of the public at large in the wrong direction, especially the minors.
NGO had lodged a police complaint in Mumbai
Let us tell you that earlier in Chembur, Mumbai, an NGO had filed a complaint against Ranveer Singh, claiming that the photographs outraged the modesty of women. After this, the Mumbai Police also registered an FIR against Ranveer. On the work front, Ranveer Singh will soon be seen in Karan Johar's film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.
