In 2017, during the inauguration of the BJP's election office on Rajkot Ring Road, Paresh Rawal compared the king kingdoms to monkeys while addressing the gathering. During his speech, he was talking about the contribution of Sardar Patel. During this, he said that Sardar Patel had united the country. These king-kingdoms, who were monkeys, were corrected and straightened.
