Nawazuddin Siddiqui: Children will be the savior in the fight between Nawaz and his ex-wife! HC suggested settling the matter

Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is in the headlines these days after a dispute with his wife. Today, the Bombay High Court suggested to the actor and his wife that they try to resolve their differences amicably for the sake of their two minor children. Nawazuddin Siddiqui had moved the High Court with a Habeas Corpus petition, seeking direction from his ex-wife Zainab to give him the information about their 12-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son.
At the same time, now in this case, the division bench of Justice AS Gadkari and PD Naik has asked the actor and his ex-wife to try to resolve their differences regarding the children by talking to them. Siddiqui is only concerned about his children and their education, the court said. Talk with each other, as well as settle the series of visits and talks between fathers and children. If it works then good.
Advocate Pradeep Thorat, appearing for Nawazuddin Siddiqui, told the court that the actor was unaware of the whereabouts of his children. “The petitioner (Siddiqui) thought that his children were in Dubai. But now he has received a mail from the children's school warning him to be expelled as he has been missing his school for a long time. The actor's wife came to India from Dubai in November 2022 without children. The woman and her children are permanent residents of Dubai, he added.
On this, the court sought information from Zainab's lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui about the whereabouts of the children. On this, Rizwan Siddiqui told the court that the children were with their mother and did not want to leave them and go back to Dubai. He said, 'Both the children want to stay in India with their mother. He wants to continue his education here. Zainab is considering all options. After hearing everything, the bench asked Zainab to inform the court by next week what has been decided regarding the education of the children.
The court said, 'We only want to know whether the education of the children is not being disrupted. Siddiqui is also worried about the whereabouts and schooling of the children. At the same time, now the date of March 3 has been fixed for further hearing of the case. Let us tell you that last month, on the complaint of the actor's mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui, the Versova police had registered a case for allegedly torturing and causing injury to Zainab. He had alleged that Zainab barged into his house and assaulted him after an argument.
