Vijay Deverakonda's 'Liger' and already ruling box office 'Karthikeya 2' saw the film fall flat on its third weekend. Made on a budget of Rs 180 crore, this film has been able to collect only Rs 56.83 crore at the Indian box office. That is, the film has been able to earn only 31.57 percent of its cost. In such a situation, now Aamir Khan is eyeing the worldwide collection to make the film a hit. However, the film is not able to show much at the worldwide box office as well. In such a situation, how can 'Lal Singh Chaddha' prove to be a hit?

The bad condition of the film at the Indian box office

Aamir, who returns to the big screen after a break of four years, must have certainly expected a better performance. However, this does not seem to be happening, as Aamir Khan's film has joined the list of the biggest flops of 2022. Yes, 'Lal Singh Chaddha', influenced by Boycott and Cancel culture, has not been able to earn even 50 percent of its cost at the box office. According to the initial figures, the film has touched the figure of only Rs 56.83 crore.

Even in foreign countries, 'Lal Singh Chaddha' has not been able to earn well. Yes, the film has earned only 21.38 crores at the overseas box office. According to the data coming out, Aamir Khan-Kareena Kapoor's film has been able to collect Rs 38.5 crore.

The film sold for so much on OTT

According to media reports, the makers had placed a deal of Rs 150 crore in front of OTT, but Netflix found this amount too much, so later it was confirmed in 80 to 90 crores. But when Lal Singh Chaddha flopped at the box office, the deal came down to just 50 crores.

This is the only option left for Aamir to make the film a hit.

Aamir Khan's film is incurring a loss of Rs 35 crore. In such a situation, it is expected that the actors can take the help of China to make the film a hit. Aamir's fan following in China is very high. People eagerly wait for his films in China.
