Let us inform you that 'Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja' was produced by Anil Kapoor's elder brother and Sridevi's husband Boney Kapoor. According to reports, the film was announced in the year 1987. It was to be directed by Shekhar Kapur. But he called the film goodbye midway. In this way, the responsibility of directing the film fell on comedian-actor Satish Kaushik. Apart from Sridevi and Anil Kapoor, the film also starred Anupam Kher, Johnny Lever, and Jackie Shroff. Javed Akhtar wrote the story of this film.
Talking about 'Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja', after the announcement of the film in the year 1987, it was released in 1993, which was a long period in itself. Something similar happened in the case of 'Lal Singh Chaddha' also. Aamir worked on this film for a long time. But, that result could not be found. Similarly, a lot of money was spent on 'Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja'. Even the robbery scenes in the film were shot on a moving train, but there was no magic in the audience. According to reports, the film was able to earn only three crores at the box office. With this collection, the film joined the list of biggest flops of Bollywood. Talking about the collection of 'Lal Singh Chaddha', the film has not been able to recover half of its budget even on the 11th day of its release. 'Lal Singh Chaddha', which took an opening of about 11 crores on the first day, has done a business of only 1.70 crores on the eleventh day according to the initial data. The total collection of the film is 55.89 crores.
