KGF Chapter 2 Box Office Collection Day 2: Rocky hit a double century on the second day, now 'Sultan' is on target

Kannada superstar Yash's second pan India film 'KGF Chapter 2' ie 'KGF 2', sent Tamil to star Vijay's second Pan India film back to Tamil Nadu on the very first day of its release at the box office, has become a box office storm. The first weekend of the film is going to be of four days and if the film's earnings remain the same on Saturday and Sunday, then this film can also make the record for the highest first-weekend grossing film in Hindi films.

According to the final figures of first-day box office earnings, the film 'KGF 2' has earned first place among Hindi films released in Hindi in the country by earning a net of Rs 53.95 crores in Hindi on the first day of release. The net earning of the film on the first day stood at Rs 116 crore. According to the opening figures of the box office on the second day till 10.30 pm, the film 'KGF 2' has netted Rs 88 crore on the second day of release and has a total collection of Rs 103 crore at the box office.

The fire continues in Hindi too

The second-day collection of the film 'KGF 2' Hindi has a total of Rs 52 crores and net Rs 45 crores. The film collected Rs 19 crore in Kannada on the second day, Rs 17.50 crore in Telugu, Rs 5.50 crore in Malayalam, and Rs 8 crore in Tamil on the second day of release as per the initial trends. The net collection of the film has gone up to Rs 204 crore on the second day itself. The collection of the Hindi version of the film has crossed Rs 104 crore in two days. Salman Khan's film 'Sultan' has so far held the record for the highest collection of a Hindi film on its first weekend, earning Rs 180.36 crore till Sunday, the fifth day of its release.

Hrithik Roshan and Tiger's 'War' is one of the highest-grossing films of the first weekend in Hindi releases, followed by Salman Khan's 'Sultan', which earned Rs 166.25 crore till Sunday, the fifth day of its release. Like 'Sultan' and 'War', Salman Khan's film 'Bharat' was also released on Wednesday and earned Rs 150.10 crore in the first weekend of five days. Salman Khan's film 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' is at number four on this list and continues with an earning of Rs 129.77 crore and 'Baahubali 2' is at number five with the earning of Rs 128 crore. Of these, the film 'Prem Ratan Dhan Payo' was released on Thursday and 'Bahubali 2' was released on Friday.
