The producer has created a stir on the internet by giving hints about his next direction after 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani'.

Revealed about upcoming films
Karan Johar spoke to his fans during a live session on Instagram. A user asked about the long break of seven years between his last films 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' and 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil'. Responding to this, Karan said, 'Yes, at that time I had written the story of a film, the pre-production work of which is going on, but the casting has not been done yet. However, it is expected to go on set by the end of this year.

Karan will be involved in another film after 'Yoddha'
He further said, 'The film I want to direct. However, the story of this film is almost complete. I and my team are working fast. I promise that shooting will start by the end of this year or hopefully a little before that. He further said, 'One year of 'Rocky Aur Rani' is completed in July and after a few months I want to direct again.

There is a need for a pause on the confluence of Ranveer and Deepika.
Furthermore, a user asked about Karan Johar's much-awaited remake of Sangam with Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone. Responding to this he said, 'No, I am not making any love story. I think this love story needs a little pause, but the film I am writing is also a love story. Love is something I can't do without music.
