Kabir Khan called the song 'Chicken Cook Du Ku' from 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan' the most political, said- 'He tells our politics'

Bollywood's famous producer-director Kabir Khan is in a lot of discussion about one of his statements. He has made a big deal about the song 'Chicken Cook Du Ku' from his superhit film Bajrangi Bhaijaan. Kabir Khan has said that this song was the most political of its time. The film Bajrangi Bhaijaan came in the year 2015. The film featured several actors including Salman Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and Harshali Malhotra in the lead roles.
Kabir Khan recently spoke to the English website Bollywood Hungama. During this, apart from his film career, he has given his views about the politics of films. Kabir Khan said, “I have often heard, and when I hear this, I get very worried that people in the industry say that we are apolitical. As a human being, you can't be apolitical, the way we create characters tells our politics.
The director further added, 'Sometimes being apolitical just takes away your privilege, because what is happening in the country doesn't affect you, you live in a bubble with all the money.' Giving an example of how politics can be included in the film, Kabir Khan said, "The chicken song is the most popular song for kids because Salman and Kareena are dancing. It is also the most political song in the film as it came at a time when beef was being banned.
Kabir Khan while talking in the song 'Chicken Cook Du Koo' said, basically saying in that song that it is Chaudhary Dhaba, which is a metaphor for India. Half is nonveg, half is veg. You decide what you want to eat and we can all sit together and eat. That's why you slip into politics. Apart from this, Kabir Khan talked a lot about the film.
Let us tell you that the film Bajrangi Bhaijaan is one of the biggest hits of the year 2015. The film was well-received by the audience at the box office. This is the reason why the sequel of Bajrangi Bhaijaan has been announced last year. While announcing the title of the film on the occasion of his birthday, he told that the name of the sequel of the film will be 'Pawan Putra Bhaijaan'.
