According to him, 'Forget about the actual shooting of the film, only the promo shoot was done. In such a situation, saying that he left the film midway is completely wrong.' He claims that the sets of the film were not even ready when he left the film.

After this incident, Akshay Kumar's team has taken a tough stand against Paresh Rawal. The production team says that Paresh Rawal had shot some parts and contracts were also signed for it. Suddenly one day a notice came from him in which he informed about separating himself from the film, which shocked the entire team.

The lawyer of Akshay Kumar's production house informed the media that this move has caused financial loss to the film and it is like a 'betrayal'. He indicated that if the matter is not resolved, legal action can also be taken.
