'Diljit's passport should be cancelled', the uproar over Hania Aamir's casting in Sardar Ji 3, FWICE made a demand to PM Modi.

Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh and the team of his upcoming film Sardar Ji 3 have been caught in controversy. The Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) has now objected to the casting of Pakistani actress Hania Aamir, who criticized Operation Sindoor in the film, Sardar Ji 3.

FWICE has appealed to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take strict action against Diljit Dosanjh and the team of Sardar Ji 3. FWICE has also written a letter to Home Minister Amit Shah, External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, and Information and Broadcasting Minister Ashwini Vaishnav demanding action against Diljit, Gunbir, Manmord, and Amar.

People angry over Hania Aamir's casting

According to ANI, FWICE has said in the letter, "Hania Aamir is not just a foreign artist. She is a vocal propagandist against India who has used her platform to mock our military forces, publicly abuse India, and shamelessly justify Pakistan's terrorist activities after Operation Sindoor. Her inclusion in any Indian film is an insult to every Indian citizen, every martyr, and every family affected by cross-border terrorism."

Questions raised on Diljit Dosanjh's loyalty

FWICE further said, "Diljit Dosanjh, Gunbir Singh Sidhu, Manmord Sidhu, and director Amar Hundal are fully aware of her background and decided to cast her in blatant defiance of official government instructions and industry-wide bans. This proves where their allegiance lies. Their actions are a betrayal of the nation that gave them fame, money, and recognition."

The letter further said, "This is a direct insult to every soldier who protects our borders, every family mourning the martyr, and every citizen standing proudly under the Indian flag. Therefore, we unhesitantly demand that the Government of India consider this as a serious violation." Not only this, FWICE has demanded that the passports of the rest of the team including Diljit Dosanjh be canceled without delay.

It is known that Sardar Ji 3 will be released only abroad. It will not premiere in India. This film is hitting the theaters on June 27.
