The trailer of Abhishek Bachchan's film Dasvi has been released. In the film, Junior Bachchan will be seen in the role of Gangaram Choudhary, a chief minister who is in jail for corruption. During his stay in jail, he has to face many difficulties. Gangaram is 8th pass and during this time decides to pass 10th from jail itself. Now whether Gangaram succeeds in the tenth examination from jail or not, can be known only after the release of the film.

The trailer of the film is Coffee Promising. In the 2 minutes 37-second trailer, Abhishek Bachchan looks very good in the role of Gangaram. The role of his wife is played by Nimrat Kaur in the film. At the same time, Yami Gautam will be seen in the role of a tough IPS officer in this film. The trailer begins with a Jat politician (Abhishek) being sent to jail.
Before going to jail, he makes his wife Bimala Devi (Nimrat Kaur) the chief minister. During this, Bimla falls in love with his CM post. The story takes an interesting turn when IPS officer (Yami Gautam) calls Abhishek Bachchan illiterate. Abhishek does not like this and decides to stay in jail and pursue further studies.
The film is produced by the makers of Hindi Medium. The producers of the film have made many education-based films in the past as well. The story of Dasth also revolves around the importance of education. The screenplay of 'Dasvi' is written by Ritesh Shah, Suresh Nair, and Sandeep Lejel. The story has been credited to Ram Bajpayee. Former Aam Aadmi Party leader and poet Kumar Vishwas has helped as a consultant in writing the screenplay and dialogues for the film. At the same time, it has been directed by Tushar Jalota. The film will release on the tenth OTT platform. It can be seen on Netflix and Jio Cinema from 7 April.
