Box Office: KGF-2 became the highest-grossing film of Kannada industry, won the advance booking

KGF 2 has collected 1000 crores worldwide. After RRR, Baahubali 2, and Dangal, KGF 2 has become the first Indian film to earn 1000 crores. Out of these four films, three are South films, while only Dangal of Bollywood has crossed this figure.

The film was released in theaters on April 14 and is breaking many records continuously. So let's know what records the film has made so far-

KGF 2 has become the fourth film to enter the 1000 crore club. Apart from this, only RRR, Bahubali 2, and Dangal have crossed the 1000 crore mark. Trade analysts believe that in the coming times, this film will be included in the list of top 3 1000 crore grossing films.

With a worldwide gross of over 1000 crores, KGF 2 has become the highest-grossing film in the Kannada film industry. The Kannada film KGF, released in the year 2018, was also well-liked across the country. Kannada star Yash was in the lead role in this film. Made on a budget of 80 crores, the film earned 250 crores.

This was the first Kannada film, which made such a huge collection. After seeing the success of the first film, its second part has been prepared on a budget of 100 crores, which has earned more than 1000 crores. So far no other film in the Kannada film industry has earned even a quarter of this film.

KGF 2 has become the highest opening gross weekend collection of Indian film. The film has made a gross collection of 552 crores in the opening weekend itself. In this way, KGF2 broke the record of 'Bahubali-2'. Bahubali 2 did a gross collection of 526 crores in its opening weekend. Not only this, the Hindi dubbed version of any Kannada film has not earned so much to date.

The lifetime gross collection of KGF in the Hindi dubbed version was 50 crores. The opening day gross collection of KGF 2 was 52 crores and the earning figure of this film is the highest of any film in Hindi cinema history. The film has also broken the records of War (50 crores) and Thugs of Hindostan (48 crores).

In just 2 weeks after its release, the Hindi version of this film did a business of ?353 crores. In this way, KGF 2 became the highest-grossing Hindi film after Pandemic.

Yash's film KGF 2 collected Rs 60 crores through booking even before its release, which is the highest ever. According to the information received, the highest collection was done by Bahubali-2 through booking, which was Rs 58 crore.

Apart from all these records, KGF 2 has also broken many records in the case of regional cinema. The film collected Rs 10 crore gross in Odisha and crossed the 50 crore mark the fastest in Kerala. The film also crossed the Rs 100 crore mark from Tamil Nadu and Mumbai.

Despite the success of other films at the box office, its business was not affected. The film grossed 12 crores globally in all languages ??on the 16th day of its release. Hopefully, the film can break many more records in the future.
