B-Town wishes for more Wisdom, Goodness on Basant Panchami

Mumbai, Jan 24 (IANS) On Basant Panchami, the first day of spring, celebrities from Hindi film industry like melody queen Lata Mangeshkar, actor Anupam Kher and singer Shreya Ghoshal took to Twitter Saturday to wish their family and fans.
On Basant Panchami, Saraswati Puja is celebrated with traditional fervour as people worship idols of the goddess.

Lata Mangeshkar: My greeting for Basant Panchami and Saraswati Puja to all. Saraswati is the goddess of music and it is because of her blessings that I'm devoted to music, it's my privilege. I'm sharing goddess Saraswati's painting, made by my sister Usha and a link for Saraswati Vandana.
