Arjun Kapoor sold property worth crores, bought 4BHK flat in Malaika Arora's building

Arjun Kapoor and Malaika Arora are one of the most talked about couples in B-town. Both have been dating each other for a long time and discussions of their marriage have also arisen from time to time. Speculations started being made about Arjun and Malaika's wedding last year when it was revealed that Arjun Kapoor has bought a 4 BHK flat in Malaika Arora's building. Now it is known that Arjun Kapoor has sold his flat. Arjun Kapoor had bought a flat on the 19th floor of the 81 Aurat building in Bandra. It is built in 4364 square feet. He bought it for 20 crores.
Loss of crores happened
According to our colleague Hindustan Times, Arjun Kapoor has sold it for 16 crores after taking a loss of 4 crores. The flat was registered on May 19. Arjun's sister Anshula Kapoor signed the documents. Arjun Kapoor lives on the seventh floor of Raheja Orchid, Juhu. Efforts were made to get in touch with the spokesperson of the actor but did not get reverted.
Flats in the name of famous personalities
A week before Arjun Kapoor sold his flat, Karan Kundra bought his flat in the same building for 14 crores. In March 2020, Sonakshi Sinha also bought a flat on the 16th floor of the same building for 14 crores. Apart from him, cricketer, Prithvi Shaw gave 10.5 crores for the flat. Nawab Malik's son Faraj Malik also made his name by paying 9.95 crores to the flat on the 19th floor of the same building.
