According to media reports, Anushka and Virat have bought 8 acres of land in Alibaug, Mumbai on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

According to media reports, the house will be built on land spread over 8 acres near Jirad, a village in Alibaug. Talking about the price of this farmhouse, it is 19 crore 24 lakh 50 thousand rupees. For this, both have deposited an amount of Rs 1 crore 15 lakh in the government treasury. Both had also gone to see this land six months ago. But due to paucity of time, the deal of this land could be confirmed on August 30.

Virat Kohli is currently in Dubai due to the Asia Cup. In such a situation, his younger brother Vikas Kohli took over the responsibility related to the land. He has got the land registered with only Rs 1 crore 15 lakh. This deal has been done through a well-known real estate company named Sameera Habitats. Earlier, cricket industry stalwarts Ravi Shastri and Rohit Sharma also bought farmhouses in the same area.

Recently, Virat Kohli rented a part of late singer Kishore Kumar's bungalow in Juhu. This place will be converted into a high-grade restaurant. Work is going on very fast here. According to the information, this restaurant of Virat Kohli is almost ready and it can be started next month.
