Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar trolled social media fiercely in the past for advertising a tobacco brand. After which he shared his apology on his Instagram account. Through this post, he apologized to his fans and said- "I will put the fees received from the ad to a good cause. If the brand wants, it can air the ad till the legal period of its contract is not fulfilled. But I promise to choose Ed wisely in the future."

Even after Khiladi Kumar said so much, users are constantly trolling him on social media. Trollers are constantly asking him through social media whether he will return the fees received from the advertisement? At the same time, some are asking them to take standing decisions. A user says that 'Fayeda kya sir, the ad will work. There would have been merit in the matter when after closing this ad and returning the money too.
Another user writes, 'Why don't you cancel the contract and ask the brand to stop airing the ads. Why are you afraid to pay the damage suit charge? Big no brother, biggest rupee?'
One user wrote, 'Akshay Ji, if you are feeling sorry, then you have to refund all the support charges you accepted and legally stop broadcasting the ad to the company. Not the point, but it is important to stop advertising tobacco products. Refund the fee and stop advertising.'
