Akshay Kumar further said, 'Let me tell you, I take more holidays than anyone in the film industry. I never work on Sundays. I only work half a day on Saturdays. I spend only 8 hours a day on film sets, but I don't spend even a minute in the vanity van out of those 8 hours. I am always on film sets. My 8 hours is equal to 14-15 hours of any other actor. This is my commitment to films."

Apart from 'Raksha Bandhan', Akshay Kumar will be seen in 'Ram Setu'. He will also play the lead role in 'Selfie' alongside Emraan Hashmi, Diana Penty, and Nushrat Bharucha. The film is a Hindi remake of Suriya's Tamil film Soorarai Pottru, which will release on February 24, 2023.
