Vikram Vedha, the Hindi remake of South's film of the same name, had a slow start at the box office. The film's collection on opening day was Rs 10.58 crore. At the same time, there was a slight increase in its earnings on the second day, and earned 12.51 crores. After this, till Sunday, the film was still performing well, but since Monday itself, there is a decline in the film's earnings. The film also failed to earn Rs 50 crore on the first weekend.
At the same time, talking about Wednesday's collection, there was an increase in its earnings and there was a collection of 7.21 crores. But now according to the initial figures, there has been a huge drop in the earnings of the film on Thursday i.e. on the seventh day. The film earned just Rs 3 crore on the seventh day. In such a situation, 'Vikram Vedha', directed by Pushkar and Gayatri, has so far earned only Rs 58.31 crore. At the same time, the film has been made on a budget of about 175 crores.
Let us tell you that 'Vikram Vedha' is a Hindi remake of South's film of the same name, in which Vijay Sethupathi and R Madhavan played the lead roles. This film from South was also directed by Pushkar and Gayatri and was successful at the box office. However, the Hindi remake is not getting a good response from the audience. In such a situation, the steps of the film are moving toward flop.
