This time in 'MTV Splitsvilla X4' Sunny Leone will not be seen with Rannvijay Singh, but the famous TV actor Arjun Bijlani is going to be seen. Rannvijay Singh was hosting the show for many years, but this time he has not been able to do it due to some reasons.
