Terence Lewis has clarified the allegations against himself on Maniesh Paul's podcast, saying that they are wrong. "It was a very simple situation," he said. Shatrughan Sinha and his wife came on the show. Geeta Kapoor felt that we should wonderfully welcome her. That week the show's judge Malaika Arora got Kovid. In such a situation, Nora Fatehi came to the show instead of Malaika.

Terence further said, 'I also said on the matter of Geeta, okay, we will welcome them both with full namaskar. We greeted Shatrughan Sinha and his wife with all due respect, but Geeta felt that that was not enough, we should do something else. So we listened to the Gita. I can't even remember whether my hand touched Nora or not. I don't even know whether the hand touched it or not. Terence continued, 'Why would I want to touch someone inappropriately when there are cameras around me? It's a very petty thing. you can not do.'
