The love story of Ranveer-Deepika, who has worked in many super hit films, is very interesting. In 2012, the song Ang Laga De was to be shot on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Goliyon Ki Rasleela-Ramleela. At the end of this song, both of them had to film a kissing scene. The shooting of the song was going on, and after the shoot, the director said to cut. But even after the director's cut, both kept on kissing each other. Around 50 people would be present on the sets that night and everyone was stunned to see this. It was only after this kiss that it was confirmed that both were in love.

During an interview, a crew member of this film had told that when both of them fell in love, they used to call each other a baby on the set. When there was no shooting, the two used to eat food together and spend hours together in the vanity van. Everyone thought that this love would cool down after the film was over. But when both were seen together again in Bajirao Mastani, it seemed that this love would go far.

According to media reports, at the time of the shooting of Bajirao, Ranveer did not leave the set after shooting his scenes, he used to stay there for Deepika. Deepika's career was more important to him than himself. He is the first person who advised Deepika to go to Hollywood.
