Randeep Hooda is seen playing the lead role in his web series 'Cat'. The second name of 'Cat', released on Netflix, is Counter Against Terrorism. The series is directed by Balwinder Singh Janjua, in which Randeep will be seen playing the role of police informer Gurnam Singh. Fans have been eagerly waiting for this web series for a long time and today the waiting time for the fans will end after watching this web series. The screening of this film was held in Mumbai. Many well-known stars of the film world landed on the red carpet to attend the premiere. During this, the names of the film world like Varun Sharma, Amit Sial, and Mukesh Chhabra were included along with the producer of the series Balwinder Singh Janjua as well as Randeep Hooda's girlfriend Lynn Laishram, besides Haseen Kaur, Abhishant Rana.
Randeep earlier shared the poster of this web series on Instagram and told about the story of the film, 'This web series 'Cat' is political, dramatic, and a little bit romantic too. Caught in a flourishing drug cartel, the underbelly of politics and corruption, and the crosshairs of deceit and dishonesty - Gurnam Singh, will go to the ends of the world to protect his family. Will this game of cat and mouse lead him down the rabbit hole?'
The story of the web series Cat' is based on crime, espionage, brotherhood, and human struggle. The series will mainly deal with emotions like family relationships, anger, and revenge. It will also feature strong actors in Punjabi cinema like Suvinder Vicky, Manish Gulati, Hasleen Kaur, Geeta Agarwal, Daksh Ajit Singh, Sukhwinder Chahal, KP Singh, Kavya Thapar, Danish Sood and Pramod Pathal along with actor Randeep. Preparations are on to release this series made in Punjabi on Netflix in Hindi and English as well.
