The film 'Brahmastra', directed by Ayan Mukerji, rocked the world. The film, which was released in theaters on September 9, earned a total of Rs 430 crore worldwide, making it the highest-grossing film of Hindi cinema in the year 2022. But now 'PS1' has overtaken 'Brahmastra' in terms of earnings. 'PS1' had earned a whopping 455 crores worldwide till September 17 and now the collection figure has become more.
'PS1' has been released on the Pan India level. The story of the film is based on the Chola Empire, which tells a lot about Raja Raja. The story of this film based on history has been well-liked by the audience, which directly benefited the collection of the film. 'PS1' has beaten not only 'Brahmastra' but also Kamal Haasan's 'Vikram' in earnings. Vikram had earned 443 crores worldwide, which is less than the 'PS1'.
Let us tell you that 'PS 1' has earned 251.25 crores at the domestic box office. The film stars Aishwarya Rai, Karthi, Vikram, Ravi, Trisha, and other actors in the lead roles. While Aishwarya returns to the big screen after a long time with PS1, this is her second film with Vikram.
