Jackie Shroff is one of the few stars of Hindi cinema who always seem to talk positively. There is no pride of any kind, there is no limit to anything. He speaks what is in his heart and never becomes a part of any camp. Subhash Ghai, who was the showman of the last century, gave him a chance to play the hero in the film 'Hero'. Jackie Shroff has always believed that life is beautiful and every single moment of life should be lived with passion. But what should one do, when such a time comes in his life that he does not feel like living? When life seems like a burden to him. The film 'Life is Good' tries to find the answer to this. This film was about to release some four years ago and since then it has reached the end of 2022 by slipping. There was a lot of discussion about this film at the recently concluded International Film Festival of India.

The film 'Life is Good' is about life. About that life in which everyone has some or the other expectation from someone. When hopes are shattered, a person starts disintegrating. The education system of the country is such that it prepares a person only for economic upliftment. Explaining the need for mental and spiritual upliftment, the film Life is Good tells that the first step to overcoming loneliness begins with oneself. It explains how we should live. Don't end up losing yourself. love anyone Love your God, love your family, love the people around you. Love is something that constantly takes you forward in life, enjoy every little thing in life. If you can't find anything, feel the wind, watch the raindrops falling, and feel the velvety snow.

Life is Good tells the story of Rameshwar, a man who becomes lonely after his mother's death and wants to end his life. Rameshwar loves his mother very much, he feels that after her death, his happiness has ended and there is no point in living without him. He feels the shadow of the mother as if some shadow is following him. Rameshwar slowly feels his world slipping through his fingers and depression overcomes him. He feels as if he has nothing to live for as if he is lost in the maze of life. He considers ending it altogether. Then a six-year-old girl, Mishti, comes into Rameshwar's life and Rameshwar gets a chance to live life again.

Today, the way people are forgetting the relationships in the run-of-the-mill life, there is no time for their own family, and they are busy in the race for money and have forgotten to live. What is the race going on, wait for a while, just a moment, and think about yourself, life will start to look beautiful? Jackie Shroff has lived his character well in the film. Apart from Rajit Kapoor, Mohan Kapoor, and Darshan Jariwala, the work of the rest of the actors in the film is also impressive.

The film's director Ananth Mahadevan has presented many stories on social topics in a very sensitive and interesting way before the audience. Be it his film 'Meesindhutai Sakpal', the film on the famous freedom fighter 'Gaurahari Dastaan' or films like 'Maighat' and 'Bitter Sweet'. Ananth Mahadevan's films are not meant for the commercial world. These films are the heritage films of Indian cinema and there is a lot in them that the audience wants to keep with them.
