He speaks what is in his heart and never becomes a part of any camp. Subhash Ghai, who was the showman of the last century, gave him a chance to play the hero in the film 'Hero'. Jackie Shroff has always believed that life is beautiful and every single moment of life should be lived with passion. But what should one do, when such a time comes in his life that he does not feel like living? When life seems like a burden to him. The film 'Life is Good' tries to find the answer to this. This film was about to release some four years ago and since then it has reached the end of 2022 by slipping. There was a lot of discussion about this film at the recently concluded International Film Festival of India.

Life is Good tells the story of Rameshwar, a man who becomes lonely after his mother's death and wants to end his life. Rameshwar loves his mother very much, he feels that after her death, his happiness has ended and there is no point in living without him. He feels the shadow of the mother as if some shadow is following him. Rameshwar slowly feels his world slipping through his fingers and depression overcomes him. He feels as if he has nothing to live for as if he is lost in the maze of life. He considers ending it altogether. Then a six-year-old girl, Mishti, comes into Rameshwar's life and Rameshwar gets a chance to live life again.
