Laal Singh Chaddha: Failed at the box office but the film broke on OTT, included in the top 10 in 13 countries

The film was streamed on Netflix at midnight on 6 October, after which 'Lal Singh Chaddha' is getting a lot of love on OTT. The funny thing is that this film is doing great not only in India but also in non-Hindi languages.

It has been just eight days since 'Lal Singh Chaddha' was streamed on OTT, but within these few days, this film has got an amazing response. 'Lal Singh Chaddha' has become the No. 1 film on Netflix and the No. 2 non-English film in India in a week. The film has been watched for 6.63 million hours and is among the top 10 films in 13 countries around the world, including Mauritius, Bangladesh, Singapore, Oman, Sri Lanka, Bahrain, Malaysia, and the UAE.

Four Indian films are included in this week's list of global non-English films. The name of 'Lal Singh Chaddha' is also included in this list. At the same time, apart from Aamir's film, it has 'Plan A Plan B', 'Ranga Ranga Vaibhavanga', and 'Sakini Dakini' which are winning the hearts of audiences across the world. Let us inform you that 'Lal Singh Chaddha' was directed by Advait Chandan and the film was made in Aamir Khan's production house. Along with Aamir, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Mona Singh, Naga Chaitanya Akkineni, and Manav Vij appeared in the lead roles in this film.

Magic did not work at the box office
Aamir Khan's film 'Lal Singh Chaddha' was released in theaters on August 11 and was produced at a cost of around 180 crores. But due to an old statement by Aamir Khan, the film got embroiled in controversies. The film was heavily boycotted on social media. The situation was such that people started protesting against this film and Aamir Khan even on the streets, which affected the collection of the film. The domestic collection of this film could not even reach 100 crores. The film earned around 70 crores.
