When Karan Johar was asked about this, he said, 'We protect our weaknesses, but then at some point you grow up, you become wise and you feel that sharing a part of your life is important. Not as scary as it used to be. When I was 43, I wrote a book. I shared 80 percent of what I could. We always retain 20 percent because it is also our privilege. That moment during the show was true because it is true.

This is how directors avoid loneliness
Karan Johar also talked about parenting. The director said that he is surrounded by loneliness. Karan said, 'I have two children. I am raising him with my mother, not with any partner. My relationship status is single. That single status is filled with a lot of work. I work so much all day long that I don't think about that situation. When you're alone, that's probably what everyone does. We don't want to express that loneliness.

Said- I have not been in any relationship for years
You keep yourself busy with a lot of work to divert your attention from loneliness. Then you also agree that if you have good friends and a wonderful family life, that can compensate for the lack of a romantic relationship. But, no one can replace that thing. There are many patterns in life. One is filled by parents, one by children, and some by friends. But, there is a gap in a romantic relationship, which if you are not able to fill it then you feel incomplete. Karan Johar further said, 'That loneliness can really eat you up and it has eaten me up too. I have not been in a relationship for many years. Only I know how it feels'.
