Kangana Ranaut: Kangana Ranaut to shoot 'Emergency' in Assam, courtesy call on Chief Minister

Actress Kangana Ranaut says she will soon be shooting for her upcoming film "Emergency" in Assam. Ranaut was looking for a location for the shooting of the film in Assam for the past week. During this, she also visited Kaziranga and Karbi Anglong. Ranaut said at the airport, I have come to Assam many times. This is a beautiful place to shoot. I will be coming soon to shoot with my entire film production crew.
The film 'Emergency' based on 'Emergency' is written and directed by Kangana Ranaut. In this film, she will play the role of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. During his visit to Assam, Ranaut had a courtesy call on Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. He wrote on Instagram, "We are soon going to start shooting at various locations in Assam, so he (CM) has expressed his support to our team. I am honored to have their support and encouragement. Thank you, sir.
Sarma thanked the actress for choosing the location of the film in Assam. The Chief Minister tweeted, "Glad to meet actress, writer, and filmmaker Kangana Ranaut Ji in my office today. I am glad that she will be shooting for one of her films in Assam. I thanked him and assured all possible help for the film production.
Actor Anupam Kher will play the role of revolutionary leader JP Narayan in the film. Shreyas Talpade will play former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, Milind Soman as Field Marshal Sam Manekshaw, and Mahima Choudhary as writer-cultural activist Pupul Jayakar.
