However, Vicky Kaushal is happy that his long-awaited film is releasing this year.

Vicky Kaushal says about director Shashank Khaitan, 'Shashank Khaitan has been a very positive influence in my life. He used to finish shooting every day two hours before the time. Sometimes when the shooting used ended on time, it used to feel how much work has been done that day. According to Vicky Kaushal, 'Govinda Naam Mera' is the first film of his career in which deception, suspense, romance, and dance are everything.

When the discussion of Katrina Kaif went on, Vicky Kaushal said, 'When the shooting used to end early and used to reach home early, he used to share stories related to the shooting of the film with Katrina. Katrina is also very excited about 'Govinda Naam Mera'. When he saw the poster of the film, he said, 'Very good love.' Now how did he like the trailer, he will know after going home.

Kiara Advani and Bhumi Pednekar will also be seen in lead roles along with Vicky in the film 'Govinda Naam Mera'. Vicky Kaushal and Bhumi Pednekar have previously worked together in 'Bhoot Part One - The Haunted Ship' and 'Lust Stories' with Kiara Advani. Both these films were also produced by Karan Johar. The film 'Govinda Naam Mera' will be released on 16 December 2022 on Disney Plus Hotstar.
