However, now the actor wants to get rid of that image. The actor revealed this in a recent interview. He has revealed that he now wants to remove the 'serial kisser' tag. Emraan Hashmi said, 'It is a trap for all actors where if you are playing a commercial role then you will get trapped in the demand of characters. That's how it was in this trap, whether you call it a serial kisser or something, but it was a ridiculous name. I came up with this as a joke myself, but for some reason, it became famous among people. It was liked by the journalists and the audience and it is not that I did not get any benefit from it. Because of this, my films were doing well at the box office.

Talking about this, Emraan Hashmi further said, 'At one time I felt that it had played its role and I was trying to move forward before its trend ended. You cannot serve the same type of food to people again and again. You have to do something different.”

Emraan Hashmi recently joined the YRF spy universe through his role in Salman Khan's film 'Tiger 3'. Recently the actor also talked about playing the role of a villain. He said that when he got this role, he had considered turning it down, but later agreed to do it.

Talking about Emraan Hashmi's upcoming films, after Tiger 3, the actor will now be seen in Pawan Kalyan's Telugu film OG with 'The Last Ride', 'Ground Zero', 'Sub First Class' and 'Father's Day'.
