Yes, one advantage of those films was that young audiences started getting to know me. They started recognizing that Bobby Deol was also an actor.
The actor is elated with the success of Animal
Elated with the success of 'Animal', actor Bobby Deol further said, 'It was only when I did 'Class 83' that people realized that I can act too. After that, I signed Prakash Jha's web series Ashram. Ashram proved to be a super hit on the OTT platform but when I decided to do Ashram, I hid it from my father, brother, and mother. I felt that they would stop me from doing this series.

Let us tell you that Bobby Deol played the role of Baba Nirala in 'Ashram'. Talking further about the web series, actor Bobby Deol says, 'The kind of character Baba Nirala had. I was worried that people might misunderstand it. For an actor, it was like a different kind of battle. If I had discussed the web series with my family or told them about my character, they would not have allowed me to do this series.
Bobby does not promote his character
Bobby Deol further said, 'I would not like to promote the character I have played in Ashram at all. This was a different kind of struggle for me. I was so excited to play the character of Baba Nirmal of the Ashram that I shared every detail of that character with my wife. My wife is my strength. He supported me a lot to do this character.
