The property sold by Akshay Kumar is located in Sky City, which is developed by Oberoi Realty and is spread over 25 acres. The actor has sold this apartment for Rs 4.25 crore. He has got a profit of 78 percent.

Akshay Kumar bought this property in November 2017. At that time, he paid only Rs 2.38 crore for this house. This apartment has a carpet area of ??1,073 square feet and also includes two car parking spaces. This transaction includes a stamp duty payment of Rs 25.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
