He has got a profit of 78 percent.

Akshay Kumar bought this property in November 2017. At that time, he paid only Rs 2.38 crore for this house. This apartment has a carpet area of ??1,073 square feet and also includes two car parking spaces. This transaction includes a stamp duty payment of Rs 25.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
