Since Vikram Bhatt was the director of the film, the Bhatt family had interference in the making of this movie, and veteran filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt was very serial about Footpath. Emraan Hashmi has said in his statement - In the very first film, I was given a warning or follow the advice from Mahesh Bhatt, in which the clear message was that if I did not do anything during the shooting of the first shots or the subsequent shots If I don't like it, he will throw me out of this film.
