Vijay Deverakonda's much-awaited film Kingdom, which was earlier scheduled to release on May 30, 2025, is now postponed. The makers have announced the new release date as July 4, 2025. This action thriller drama film directed by Gautam Tinnanuri has been postponed due to recent events. The makers said, "Due to recent unexpected events and the atmosphere in the country, promotion became difficult. We want Kingdom to be presented in the best way possible. We appreciate your support and look forward to meeting you in theaters on July 4."

Bhagyashree Borse will be seen in the lead role opposite Vijay Derkonda in the film. Kingdom is produced by Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas. The music of this film is composed by Anirudh Ravichander. The shooting of the film reportedly began in June 2023. It was shot in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Kerala and Sri Lanka.
