Sheena Shahabadi was born in India in 1986; she is the daughter of the actress, Sadhana Singh. Her mother was noted for the movie Nadiya Ke Paar (1982). She became interested in acting because of her mother's work.

Shahabadi was married to Vaibhav Mohite. She said "I was in a bad marriage and separated with him a long time ago".
