Biography:

Karishma Tanna is an Indian television theatre, and Bollywood actress.  She is well known for her role in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi as Indira 'Indu' Virani. She also acted in the serial Koi Dil Mein Hain as Krutika.

Small Screen Commercial

She was seen in many commercials for reputed brands like Nirma, Lifebuoy, Stayfree, and others.she has also hosted a show named Indias magic star in which Indias famous illusionist, mentalist and magician Rajesh kumar participated.

Television

Karishma's career took off with the popular tele-soap Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, which was her first role in television. She enacts the role of Indu, a chatterbox but with an impish charm. She is always talking and is a source of comic relief in any tense situation.

Then she also appeared in another soap Koi Dil Mein Hain in which her character of Krutika saw a major transformation from a sweet and innocent girl who would do anything for her best friend to a negative one who also plotted the murder of her best friend's husband.

She is also participating in a show - Meethi Choori No. One on Imagine TV. She is also in Raat Hone Ko Hai on Sahara One.

Films

She acted in a Bollywood movie Dosti: Friends Forever which had popular star cast including Bobby Deol and Akshay Kumar. In this movie she played the sister of Bobby Deol. Her portrayal of a newly wed woman in 2011 Kannada film titled I Am Sorry Mathe Banni Preethsona earned good reviews from critics.
