Los Angeles, Feb 8 (IANS) Actress-filmmaker Jodie Foster feels that more women are required behind the camera in Hollywood because of the prevailing gender imbalance.The 52-year-old, who started acting when she was just three, has seen a lot of positive changes in the industry but feels more needs to be done for equality, reports people.com
